Hi, I'm Jouna! I am a functional fitness trainer and expert in exercise physiology and kinesiology. In a time where all you want is to work hard and make a change, having a support system and source of knowledge is essential. It is important to know what to do, but understanding why is an integral part of lasting health. That is what I am here for. My goal is to educate and guide you by being your big gym sister and helping you along your journey!

I started my journey with competitive jump rope for 10 years and during covid I found myself not knowing where to turn next. I made it a priority to focus on body recomposition, which put me in a position to shift my focus to improving my overall physical health and getting stronger. I loved incorporating different types of training until I finally figured out what worked best for me. Finding what form of training is right for you along with how to continue through your journey is why I am here.
